Weird. Don't you have any extra information ? This alone is not enough to find a bug. What Qt version, what X drivers and so on. But that report alone is not usable, I could very well answer you «here it works»… Perhaps could you launch it with gdb ? I have the same problem with Konquest 4.3.4, but only after upgrading Qt from 4.5.3 to Qt 4.6.1, without changing anything else. It took me a half hour or so to get a backtrace because DrKonqi wasn't coming up. Note also that this is only a *partial* backtrace because when I didn't limit it to 200 entries, it kept going and going - I was up over 100k lines (over 27k function calls) before I got tired of it and killed it. Since it looks like there is a recursion failure going on here somewhere, I didn't think the next 27,000 entries were likely to explain anything more than the first 200 entries. However, since this is still 850 lines, I'm going to attach the trace rather than pasting it here. Created attachment 40264 [details]

More can be produced, but I doubt it'll be needed.
Several fixes where needed in kdegames for Qt 4.6 support. You should use Konquest from KDE 4.4 if you want to use Qt 4.6. |
