OS: Linux
Installed from: Gentoo Packages

I like to start off with camera white balance. I then like to tweak this wb. I can't do that with showFoto. When I jump from 'camera' to 'manual', I start at 6500k, instead of whatever 'camera' was. All wb presets should change the T and G sliders accordingly.

Actually this settings box is provided by libkdcraw.

Still valid for 2.5.0

I don't know what you're implying - if this bug is filed for the wrong project, then please close it.

Alex,

Do you know a way to get WB temperature in K set by camera in RAW file, through libraw ?

Camera WB settings are channel multipliers (for most cameras, if not all).
'Kelvin' adjustment is made by matrix multiplication (Bradford or von Kries transform).

So, there are no direct connection between WB multipliers and Kelvins.

Not reproducible with digiKam 7.0.0-beta1.
