Description JT Hundley 2009-12-19 08:08:08 UTC
Version: 1.2 (using KDE 4.3.2)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

After setting custom colors in konversation, the inactive area of the scroll bar is a weird different color. This color can't be set in konversation. I expected it to be the same color as it is in all my other windows. The attached screenshots will hopefully spell out my case more clearly.

This may be a bug in the Plastique style engine rather than Konversation - can you please check whether the same problem occurs with the Oxygen style engine?
Comment 2 JT Hundley 2009-12-19 20:14:52 UTC
You are correct. When changing to the Oxygen style the scrollbars look normal. Changing back to Plastique makes the scrollbars appear odd again. Would you mind moving this bug to the correct place?
Comment 3 Eike Hein 2009-12-19 20:18:27 UTC
Would if I could, of course - but the Plastique style engine is actually bundled with Qt, who have their bug tracker here: http://bugreports.qt.nokia.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa (Plastique was their Qt4 port of KDE 3's original Plastik engine).

Thanks for your help, you've been very informative :)
I will attempt to report this to QT.
