@Jos/Sebastian: - Isn't this a Strigi/Soprano limitation ? Thanks @Darion: yes, this is a Strigi issue. But it should be way better with the current svn, ie. the Strigi that will be used in KDE 4.4. Both PDF and ODF indexing should work properly now. @mutlu: Any chance you could test that? Sebastian, I tested with the latest svn trunk of strigi combined with kdelibs and kdebase of KDE SC beta 2. The happy news is that .odt indexing works now (while .ods and .odp are still not supported; think separate wishes should be opened on BKO, if anyone cares). Thank you very much for this wonderful addition! I am closing this bug report now. |
