Problem:

The Change and Delete buttons are not activated as they should be

Reproduce:

* Start konqui
* Settings
* Configure Konqueror
* Web Shortcuts
* Select any entry in the list
* Observe that Change and Delete buttons are inactive
* Double click any item in list, click cancel
* Observe that the buttons are now active as they should be
