Description:
The plasmoïds ``vue dossier'' (folder view) and web snippet do not save some of their properties or disapear at reboot.

Folder view do not save its size but saves its position.
web snippet do not save its size but saves its position.
web snippet do not save its website adress

This bug may be related to bug 191190 but I do not see a stack of widgets.

How to reproduce it.
add some folder view plasmoïds and a  web snippet. Move and resize them, then configure the web snippet adress.
Reboot.
