Version: 3.3.2 (using KDE 4.3.2) OS: Linux Installed from: Ubuntu Packages Some times (perhaps 5-10% of times) I open a Kate session and it's totally unusable becase: - I select text, press mouse right button and "Copy" or "Cut" options are dissabled. - I press Ctrl+S (to save the document) or F5 (to reload a fish:// document) and a warning error appears: "Ctrl+S is an ambiguous short cut... edit preferences..." Then I close Kate and reopen the session. This time perhaps the issue doesn't occur, or maybe yes. The issue is *really* annoying as Kate becomes unusable.
