Description Justin Newman 2009-11-16 10:04:54 UTC
Version: 2.2.2-GIT (using KDE 4.3.2)
Compiler: gcc (GCC) 4.4.2 20091027
OS: Linux
Installed from: Fedora RPMs

library.getArtsts, lib.getAlbums, and lib.getTracks should provide enough information to generation scores in a local collection. I think this would be a great feature that would (a) get new users up and running with scores out of the box (assuming they're last.fm users) and (b) mitigate the damage caused by current users losing their collections.

Additionally, loved tracks could be given 5 star ratings. The "loved" API call seems to only return the last 50, but this may be better than nothing.

I'm sure you all are familiar, but I'll leave this here anyway: http://www.last.fm/api

I'd love to see somebody pick this one up!
