hi , im from israel , hebrew .
After every restart/shutdown/logoff

KDE change direction in my panel
after a fresh install with Kubuntu 9.10 or openSUSE 11.2 my panel in righ to left and then after restart its left to right and if i restart again so right to left .

example : if my clock in right and menu in left ( LTR - left to right)
and then i restart
my clock will be in left and menu in right(RTL - right to left) and then again and again.. always

i tired with kde 4.3.3 and 4.3.1 , the same problem .

with gnome i dont have this .

and again .. again

i know my english not good , very sorry .
i just do pictures to understand my problem more good .

sorry for all the comments , really .
just to to make sure i give full descrption
i installed Nvidia GLX 185 or GLX 190.42  ( my graphic card is 9500GT)
i tested with kubuntu and opensuse too


i tired lock widgets ,
tired remove the panel and make a new one 

and the same problem .
