Version:           0.9.2 (using KDE 4.3.2)
Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages

When I open the attached file, okular crashes:

okular CCVortrag.pdf
Bogus memory allocation size
okular: Fatal IO error: client killed

I can open other files without any problem

Thanks for the help: I remember, there was a security update for libpoppler recently. I downgraded the package libpoppler4 0.11.5-1ubuntu2.4 to 0.11.5-1ubuntu2.2 and now it works. Thanks a lot! Now I can purge this proprietary acroread and use my FOSSy okular again ;).

you should warn the packagers of your distribution so they rebuild okular against the newer poppler, as obviously is a good idea to run a poppler with all the security fixes included.
