Use GPSBabel to convert it. There is no plan to support other complex GPS data file. At least an interface to GPSBabel can be done, but it's not yet available as library, only a commmand line tool... Gilles Caulier You could use gebabbel (http://gebabbel.sourceforge.net/) as a simple GUI for gpsbabel. Gilles: Can we close this as WONTFIX? sure... Gilles you didn't understand it's not a bug report it's a wish. i selected "wishlist" i wish you add another format I also don't think it's a good idea to support anything else than GPX; it's public and the de facto standard supported by all major GPS vendors and applications, whereas NMEA is a somewhat archaic propriety protocol primarily meant for communicating data.
