Konsole's menu bar does not have accelerations, so that I can access them with Alt + some key.

I notice that other applications like Dolphin or Konqueror all have this, so was Konsole just forgotten?

Konsole's menu has a few options with no hot key, so it is nice to have accelerations.

No - unfortunate there is a problem in that some terminal applications make use of Alt+[Letter] keys so enabling accelerators would make it difficult to use these applications.  Some alternatives have been suggested - such as a key or option to toggle accelerators.
