Description Janet 2009-09-05 17:10:30 UTC
Version: KDE 4.3.1 (using KDE 4.3.0)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages

Since KDE 4.3.1 the trash widget doesn't remember its size on my desktop (I use the folderview desktop but not trash.desktop). I have dragged the widget to size about 128x128 but every time I relogin it shrinks to about 48x48. After every login I have to unlock the widgets and hover once over the trash. Then it resizes to the size I gave it before. Until the next login...

It happens, when I have the eventlist plasmoid on my desktop:
http://kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=107779

When I remove that plasmoid from the desktop the trash widget keeps its size. I can reproduce this on two computers and distributions (sidux and Kubuntu) with different users. It also happens when I use the standard desktop mode.

seems related and that the pb is the eventlist plasmoid.
