Checked with $ kturtle --version Qt: 4.5.2 KDE: 4.3.3 (KDE 4.3.3) KTurtle: 0.8 beta That is recent branch compiled from sources. Installed languages German, French and US English. With locale German selected in systemsettings I get either english (with KTurtle Script language english) or german examples (with KTurtle Script language german or french) I have switched to french in systemsettings, then I get the examples only in english or french, even if I select Script language german. Reason for this misbehaviour is obvious: The examples are build at runtime with gettext calls in the current locale (from systemsettings), therefore I get them only translated when systemsettings language=script language or untranslated =english when systemsettings language!=script language To solve this the examples have to be build whith gettext calls in the locale selected as script language to get them properly translated. This bug is in src/interpreter/translator.cpp Thank you for the bug report. As this report hasn't seen any changes in 5 years or more, we ask if you can please confirm that the issue still persists. If this bug is no longer persisting or relevant please change the status to resolved. This bug seems to be fixed. |
