Changing themes (from one theme to another) cause plasma panel grow up.


Procedure:

1) Change the height of the panel to the smallest one.

2) Change from one theme to another Example: From Air to Oxygen (repeat this step    until the panel change it's size).

3) Panel starts to growing (changes it's height).

Panel height should be constant despite a change from one theme to another.
