When I dragged a file from the filemanager into a konqueror window with a form to upload a file in KDE 3 the address of the local file was parsed into the form so that I didn't have to use the file open dialog on that website. That was very convenient. Alas konqueror of KDE 4 bugs in this case: instead of parsing the address of the file the file itself is displayed in konqueror. That shouldn't happen because a) it worked before and b) konqueror's role is now mainly to be a browser, no need to function as a file viewer, especially not in that case. Konqueror should only show the dragged file when in filemanager mode. As webbrowser it should read only the address of the file as before.
