Version: (using KDE 4.3.0)
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages

You want to make a good playlist but you don't remember exactly the name of a song you want to add. So instead of adding all searched entries and testing each one and then deleting those you don't want from the playlist, you test them from the collection browser before adding them to the playlist.

I think a good behavior would be to be able to play (and seek) an item from the collection browser (either drag/drop to middle panel or button in collection browser or key shortcut or any other better solution) not necessarily using the main player.

This feature may also be useful from the file browser.

Maybe this feature can be added by a plugin/script?

This wish is for the same problem as in #182123.
