The 'Here' in Open Browser Here refers to the current location of the program running in Konsole. It is visible whether or not you are right-clicking on a URL. The URL-specific actions are at the top of the menu ("Open Link", "Copy Link Address")
I am open to suggestions for a less ambiguous way of naming the menu item to make this clearer.
If the action doesn't open Dolphin, that may be a bug - although it depends on your setup. Can you try running:
xdg-open "file://$PWD"
And see if that opens the current directory in Dolphin?
The 'Open Browser Here' has been changed to 'Open File Manager'. I don't know why another Konsole would open though. It now opens Dolphin as it should. I suggest renaming to "Open Current Directory in File Manager" or something similar that makes it clear exactly what will be opened. Better yet, when rightclicking on a URL, just disable this item. The issue is the text width; your example would be way to wide. I have thought about changing the menu when you right-click over an url. |
