Description Marc Lijour 2009-08-06 19:37:12 UTC
Version: v0.9.7 (using 4.2.4 (KDE 4.2.4), Mandriva Linux release 2009.1 (Official) for x86_64)
Compiler: gcc
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.29.6-server-1mnb

Suddenly Klipper stopped adding content from KDE/Qt applications. It works all fine with GTK apps such as Mozilla Firefox.

In Qt applications copy-pasting sometimes (but very rarely) work even though Klipper does not acknowledge new content. Generally, functions from the edit menu, right-click, and keyboard shortcuts do not work. Only mouse selection and 3rd-button pasting work.

I am trying this with a new account on my machine which runs Mandriva 2009.1. I doubt this is a configuration issue.

This could be related to bug 199333, can you read it and check if it is the same (a Qt bug)
Thanks

It seems to be the same bug indeed.

I run Mandriva 2009.1 with package qt4-common-4.5.2-1.3mdv2009.1 (for 64bit; no issue on my i586 machine).
