When a device can't be unmounted due to a program using a file, would it be possible to show a list of programs which are blocking the device to unmount?

Is this a duplicate of bug #189302 (sure, against dolphin, but I think the mechanism is the same).

This is now implemented in the Plasma 5 devices notifier. The referenced Dolphin bug is still active, but only for Dolphin; you do now get the information from the systemwide devices notifier.
