KWin lacks a great feature which KONSOLE has since KDE 1.1.x! It would be great to have Scroll-Bar either on Left or Right (or Up or Down for horizontal) side of Window. 

Left handed people will appreciate it very much. since Scrollbar is not suitable to their style of working that is at the right side.

And the Right handed people may find it a bit change from monotony of using scrollbar always at the right side of a window.
