What decoration are you using? Crystal (from Debian, package kwin-style-crystal 2.0.3-1). Changing it makes the shadow reappear. Looking at the source code it's a decoration bug as it's blacklisting abilities instead of whitelisting them. This means that it is incorrectly announcing support for the new abilities in KDE 4.3 even if it hasn't implemented them. |
