Description Knut Johansson 2009-07-21 03:03:10 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.2.96)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Compiled From Sources

When trying to download/or re-download small files KGet closes with a pop up notification message saying download was finished before a download location are selected and the selector dialog is just closed. This makes it nearly impossible to select alternate download locations for small files unless you work very fast, as the dialog closes in a very short time.

Those dialog should never close regardless of how long time you take selecting a download location, even if the file are already downloaded.

We download files only after the user has selected a location, so I actually don't understand your problem... :) Maybe you can clarify...

Just re-tested with 4.3 branch, post 4.3.1 and I'm no longer able to reproduce.

It may have been fixed when the mess with the download location dialog was cleaned up and the dialog removed(sometime after #188673 and fixing of Bug 200948).
