Does this still happen with 2.1.1 or better current git master? Transplanting information from ML: The ipod is a nano 4g, 16gb, black. There's no error string related to permissions when copying in Amarok, this is KIO complaining. It's also KIO creating the popups. It can't both copy the correct mp3 file and have it be a symlink, so which is it? This looks like a KIO issue, but I'm pretty sure they didn't mean for 1000 popups to come up on a failure. What's the exact text of the error message box? Run amarok using `amarok -d` in the console, and paste some of the info that gets outputted about copying to here. I tried around with my ipod in any situation i could imagin copy tracks that are on the ipod and so on. There was no pop up like that. No comments in a while, was for 2.0.2, marking as fixed, reopen if it's still happening in trunk. |
