When utilizing Xinerama and twinview (given two screens), application windows can be easily moved from one screen to the other one and vice versa. However, it is not possible to stretch the panel and the background image over both displays. I.e., it is not possible to see KDE button on the lower left side of screen 0 and time/date on lower right side of screen 1.

I've removed "background picture" from the summary because it is an already reported wish.
