Strange. Here in 4.2.4 on Debian I only have the String "ISO Speed Ratings:" and "ISO Speed Mode:" there, in stable translation (4.3) I only see "ISO Speed". "ISO Geschwindigkeitsangabe" does not exist anymore. "ISO Speed" is currently translated as "ISO-Empfindlichkeit". Is that too long? Can we change that? Do we want to? The sidebar can be resized by dragging the mouse, so before using a wrong or inacurate translation on purpose, we could just leave it as is. I installed KDE 4.3 and it seems that the bug has already been fixed. http://c-hans.de/tmp/gwenview2.png Gwenview displays now dots inside too long descriptions, so that the right column is also readable with small sidebars. |
