I found the attachment option.
this is no real fix to this report and requires active desktop effects, but - regarding your visual to illustrate your issue - have you ever tried "present window" aka. exposé? Sorry for the very late reply: I tried Expose, but even that can get confusing with many windows open as they'll get smaller and less recognisable. BTW: Is the bug database the best place for feature requests like this? With KDE 4.4 we well have some new possibilities: * Present Windows on all windows of same type (e.g. show all Konsole windows) * A windows KRunner - it doesn't show the groups, but you can easily restrict the search result on some windows * When clicking on a window group in the tasks applet present windows will be shown for all windows in this group (this is not yet committed) * Some ideas to improve alt+tab, but nothing yet implemented > BTW: Is the bug database the best place for feature requests like this?
