If I copy image data into the clipboard (from eg: Gimp), and then try to paste into Konqueror, nothing happens. In KDE 3.5, this used to bring up a dialog asking for a filename to save the data to.

This doesn't work with Dolphin either, but it does work with the "folder view" desktop widget.

Thanks for the report! This feature is implemented in the current development version already, it will be available in KDE 4.3 (to be released in July).
