Description Bob Campbell 2009-06-09 01:30:12 UTC
Version: 2.0.2 (using 4.2.2 (KDE 4.2.2), Kubuntu packages)
Compiler: cc
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.27-14-generic

My mp3s are in a read-only network directory mounted on my Ubuntu 9.04 system. Each mp3 has the cover art embedded in the id3 tag. Amarok apparently does not recognize the existing artwork, and tries to copy the album art again into the album's directory. This of course fails because the directory is read-only. Please allow Amarok to utilize the artwork already present in the id3 tags.
