Version:           KDE 4.3 Beta 1 (using KDE 4.2.4)
OS:                Linux
Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages

I cannot choose the used KDE version for reporting bugs. I am using KDE 4.3 Beta1 (Kubuntu) and have to choose KDE 4.2.4. KDE 4.3 Beta1 is not offered and KDE 4.3 Beta2 is offered but not choosable, leads to "WARNING You have not selected your KDE version.[...]"

fixed recently. (revision 979980 and 979982. testing and live site revisions, respectively)
