any pdf or a particular one? Any PDF. Printing worked from KPDF before upgrade from KDE 3.x, so I don't think CUPS is to blame. Please post the output your get when running okular from a console and then printing. Make sure that if running `kdebugdialog` you have all the okular debug areas enabled. There is almost no output: [mkochano@imax ~]$ okular okular(6803): Attempt to use QAction "bookmark_action_0" with KXMLGUIFactory! [mkochano@imax ~]$ In debug dialog I have marked for Okular: 4700, 4710, 4711, 4712, 4713, 4714, 4715. Created attachment 34778 [details]
Sample of taskbar that should benefit from groupping
(In reply to comment #5) > Created an attachment (id=34778) [details] > Sample of taskbar that should benefit from groupping Wrong place, sorry. Can I delete comment and attachment? I've solved this problem. I needed to instal cups subpackage providing /usr/bin/lpr. I didn't know Okular prints via this program. And, to be honest, the error message could be better. So I'm not closing this bug. Please consider it an error message change request. We tell the user a better error message now saying we could not find a suitable binary to print and that he should install cups lpr |
