Version:           1.11.3 (using 4.2.3 (KDE 4.2.3) "release 118", KDE:KDE4:Factory:Desktop / openSUSE_11.1)
Compiler:          gcc
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.27.21-0.1-pae

After creating a search folder, the message criteria for that search folder are not available to be modified (e.g. search From field for "John Doe".) These message criteria should be saved with the search folder.
