First simple question: Have you logged out or restarted your system? I think the kioslave for displaying the albums could not be loaded, this sometimes happens when kdeinit is not loading the new slave properly. Second guess: If after a logout/restart the images are still missing, try renaming you config file (home/XXX/.kde4/share/config/digikamrc) and restart digiKam. After digiKam has been set up, the images should be visible. Andi For me it's a broken depencies with kioslaves... No suspect messages from the consoles. Gilles Caulier For me it's a broken depency with kioslaves... No suspect messages from the consoles. Gilles Caulier I booted up today and it works! You are right Andi, it must have been a kdeinit problem because I remember having a strange KDE or X crash yesterday and I didn't restart the whole machine. So I guess the bug can be closed. |
