I know there is a similar bug report (Bug# 184017), but the description of that one (and the attached screenshot) are completely different than what I am seeing. 

This has been a problem for me since 4.1.3 (It used to work in the dev stages of 4.2, but the final release has the same bug). The trouble appears to be that, when the plasmoid is launched, the last item (in this case, the Drop target) remains static, "imprinted" on the plasmoid. You can see this is snapshots 2,3 & 4. Notice that is #3, one of the other feeds is doing the same thing (the previous item is remaining imprinted on the plasmoid. However, it disappears soon after, as you can see in #4). The Drop target remains imprinted over the other feeds. Even if I, before adding any feeds, remove the drop target in the RSSNow configuration, the imprint remains there.
