System: Kubuntu 9.04 (kde 4.2.2 & QT 4.5.0)

Bug Procedure:

Changing settings in:
System Settings --> Advanced --> Desktop Theme Details 

And Choosing different sources for the Analog Clock or for the Panel Background (for example...) and then click in the Apply button does not refresh the widgets theme.

So for refreshing it's necessary to remove the widget and add it again.
