Version:            (using KDE 4.2.2)
Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages

When I log in sometimes my panel is Right to Left and sometimes it is Left to Right. It displays the same icons in the same order, but sometimes it orders from the right and sometimes from the left. I have found no way to predict in which direction the panel will go, after a cold start it could be either way.

Yes, this happen after I use Qt4.5. Before there is such thing (i.e there is no RTL stuff at all).
