Gwenview does not to allow s the simultaneous batch renaming of JPEG and RAW. Among Windows software, I have only found Windows programs Breezebrowser and Photo Mechanic that offer this very useful feature.

In Breezebrowser, the JPEG and RAW pictures are displayed as a single thumbnail and can be batch renamed. I find this an extremely convenient feature. I would find it astonishing if other photographers do NOT ask for this feature as well.

If GwenView or your plugin could offer this feature, I and hopefully many others, would find this invaluable and give up using Windows software for this task.

Thank you once again for all the time you spend devoted to open source software

I added this to my TODO list, but I guess if I go this way we will also need joint moving/copying/deleting. What do you think about this?

Joint deleting is a bit problematic.

E.g. I often shoot raw+jpeg with the jpeg as a reference for raw converting or so that I delete once I'm happy with the conversion or processing of the raw file.

I reckon this also applies to digikam.
