Version:            (using KDE 4.2.1)

Installed from:    Fedora RPMs

Steps to reproduce:

1) Enable *only* HTTP proxy for KDE;
2) Open any FTP in Konq or Dolphin =>

2.1 Dolphin silently fails and shows nothing
2.2 Konqueror:

The requested operation could not be completed

If I disable proxy altogether then FTP works everywhere.

I also get such messages in .xsession-errors:

konqueror(22945)/kio (KIOJob) KIO::StatJobPrivate::slotRedirection: Redirection from  KUrl("ftp://download.nvidia.com/XFree86/Linux-x86/185.18.04/README/appendix-h.html#id2583917")  to  KUrl("smb://download.nvidia.com/XFree86/Linux-x86/185.18.04/README/appendix-h.html#id2583917")  REJECTED!
