Description Alan Prescott 2009-03-14 14:13:17 UTC
Version: unknown (using 4.2.1 (KDE 4.2.1) "release 108", KDE:KDE4:Factory:Desktop / openSUSE_11.0)
Compiler: gcc
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.25.20-0.1-pae

I have a second panel set up on the right of my screen (with a standard panel at the bottom). I use this panel as a 'quick launch' and load it with icons for a set applications I use frequently.

Whenever I log out and back in again this side panel loses the order of the icons (except for the top 4 for some reason) and fails to resize correctly; in that the panel shows as the maximum size rather than snapping to fit the set of icons.

I've reported this bug before but it seemed to go away after an upgrade but it keeps coming back.

I will post screenshots of the configured panel and what it looks like after login.

I've upgraded to openSUSE 11.1 and KDE 4.2.2

Side panel still loses settings after logout/login.
