Description Angel Blue01 2009-03-10 20:44:33 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.2.1)
OS: Linux
Installed from: SuSE RPMs

Currently only Kate and Kwrite support a "highlight all" feature of their Find which highlights all occurrences of a search phrase in an open document.

While I think this feature should be added first to all KDE applications that have a find-in-current-document feature, I have a request that could be added along with it.

Google Chrome has a search marker feature, that creates marks along the scrollbar showing where in the page that feature appears. Clicking a mark takes the user to that point in the page. This is very handy when searching long documents.
