The first point is probably that konqueror crashed. The rest of them, I've suffered them too (except for the konqueror window appearing in the wrong desktop, and that would most probably a KWin bug anyway). It became a bit better in 4.3 betas (currently I have rc2) - for example in some cases I was able to logout/login and session was restored without "restore after crash" notification, but most time I still receive it. I think the main issue is that konqueror crashes on poweroff/logout, other issues just follow this one and happen much more rare (I do not remember having lost windows for recent time, probably because currently I have less multitab windows saved in a session). Thank you for the bug report. As this report hasn't seen any changes in 10 years or more, we ask if you can please confirm that the issue still persists.
