The calendar summary shows %n instead of the real number of days until the saved events.
It works right with Today (shows now) and Tomorrow (shows "en un día") events

Maybe this is a translation problem as i'm using it in Spanish.

this bug happens in several of the Kontact summary plugins, including the one for the calendar and the specialdates
