After choosing "close all projects" and selecting one to re-open the Project menu is messed up, all the build-actions from the build group are at the bottom instead of where the <merge /> is in the xmlgui file.

This might be an xmlgui bug, need to talk to David Faure...

Looking at the code, I can't see any code related to this in kdevplatform, hence I'm lead to believe that this is an xmlgui problem.
