Today ICQ protocol was broken again for russian IPs, so ICQ part of Kopete doesn't work. On logging to ICQ it receives a message:

The version you are using is not supported by ICQ. Download a free authorized ICQ version from ICQ's official website.

It's from '1' ICQ number. But Kopete acts like it's logged in successfully. 
But when sending something to ICQ user it posts:

=============================
The user you are trying to reach cannot be contacted with this version. Download a free authorized ICQ version from ICQ's official website http://download.icq.com/download/ru/
