Please provide some more information on how to reproduce this bug. Am I right assuming you do: 1) Settings -> Configure KMail 2) Accounts / Outgoing 3) Add... 4) Enter your information and click Ok? Exactly (excuse me). Created attachment 31018 [details]
failing configuration file
Hi,
I am sending you my mailtransports configuration file. After removing it, everything works fine. It seems I had no rights for reading it, I don't know why.
*** Bug 182974 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** I checked and I'm sure that this is not kmail's fault but kubuntu's. Apparently this seems to happen with some of their packages. The original kubuntu bug is: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kdepim/+bug/320999 |
