In krunner from trunk (kde 4.1.81) sometimes some search results are not removed from the results list when the search is done, and when you do another search, those results stack below (or above) other new results. This is very strange to explain, so I made a small screencast:

Notice that the second result (kopete) is there stuck from a previous search I had done and it stays there always, below other search results that take the second place. This changes only if I restart krunner.

yes, i've seen this as well. it's a very recent issue, so can't be hard to track down the offending commit =)
