Version:            (using KDE 4.1.3)
Installed from:    Ubuntu Packages

1. I have set a picture for my avatar as the default identity.
2. My default identity includes a jabber account.
3. If I set up a session from kopete to a gmail jabber account, the far end at no time sees my avatar image.
