When contact is changing single resource, it is not refreshing in active chat window and receiving message causing new active chat. I think the trouble is in wrong interpretation of resource name - for example, 'SontansMacbook' looks like 'SontansMa<xxxxxxx>', where x's is something like hex code. I'm using GTalk as jabber service.

This looks like a duplicate of Bug 155065, Bug 111537 or Bug 142650: They address the changing of the resource name when the Google Talk server is used.

Added option to merge all messages from all jabber contact's resources (default enabled)

recommit for pali now that trunk is open. This will be in KDE 4.4
