Click on "Use Sub-pixel Rendering"

$ killall plasma ; nohup plasma &

OK.If you are a user that use cjk(chinese,japanese,korean) fonts,you may see the plasma lost cjk characters.

Can you still reproduce this bug using KDE4.2 or KDE4.3trunk, with Qt4.5 ? Thanks

yes.I try my best to change the environment,but it does not help.I had reproduced this bug in KDE 4.2 and qt4.5.I also tried it in virtualbox.The result is the same with my early attempt.It causes problems after I install the wqy-bitmap font.
Maybe,the Chinese font is the key.

I've done my best to try to reproduce this bug, but I do not understand Chinese, the files that I've created with the default names are shown here (with the fonts provided by opensuse 11.2). 
Could you test this bug with kde 4.4 beta 2?

sorry,i have not installed 4.4 beta 2 yet.
