What‘s the point? Press Alt+F8 (in my case) to maximize the window, press Alt+F8 again to restore it? most shortcuts performing operations on windows are in fact toggle shortcuts. None of them has the name "toggle" in it. Changing that for one shortcut would create inconsistency. In general our userbase seems not to have any problem with that (given that there are no reports for the other shortcuts), so I would say everything is just fine as it is :-) Thank you nevertheless for the request and sorry for the late reply. OP raises valid point. Naming this shortcut simply "Maximize" _is_ misleading. This should have been named "Maximize/Restore" or something. This would make it clear what the task of this shortcut is and it would make it easier to find it in case someone is looking for "restore" like I did. |
